Coventry Creative Growth & Cultural Tourism Recovery Programme

Job seekers, graduates and unemployed people can access support to find their next role through the ‘Coventry Creative Growth & Cultural Tourism Recovery Programme’. The programme is funded by the Government’s UK Community Renewal Fund*, through the West Midlands Combined Authority, in partnership with Coventry & Warwickshire LEP Growth Hub and Coventry City Council.

There are a number of ways in which the programme is supporting those looking for work or considering a change of career, including:

Access to Start-up Advice

Thinking of starting your own business or becoming a freelancer? Specialist advisors are on-hand to advise you about the first steps, including understanding the legal structures for businesses, registering your business, writing a business plan, eligibility for grants, marketing your business, and much more.

Skills & Training

If you are looking to change or start a new career, need additional training to progress your career, or you are an employer looking to upskill your workforce, the Employment Solutions advisors can help advise you on funded and part-funded training, local training providers, and life skills courses for which you may be eligible.

Coventry and Warwickshire LEP Growth Hub has commissioned a new business website called FinditinCW as a means with which to communicate supply chain opportunities and connect local suppliers with buyers. Registration is free with the option to upgrade to other subscription levels.

As part of the free registration you can also ‘Post a Job’ which automatically links to Employment Solutions and advertises your vacancy.

FinditinCW focuses on delivering targeted leads and supply chain opportunities to all-sized businesses in both the private and public sector in Coventry and Warwickshire. This is done through opportunities posted on the website and at ‘Meet the Buyer’ events – both physical and virtual.

How to post your Creative, Cultural and Tourism recruitment opportunities

  1. Go to www.FinditinCW.co.uk and click on ‘Sign Up’ or click here
  2. Follow the simple steps to register your business.
  3. Wait to receive an activation email.
  4. Click on the link in the email to validate your account and log in using the username (email address) and password that you registered with.
  5. To ‘Post a Job’, look at the tabs at the top of the homepage and simply click on ‘Employment Solutions’.
  6. Alternatively, you can go directly to your ‘Dashboard’ and choose ‘Jobs’ from the options on the left-hand side and ‘Post a Job’.
